How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping and Returns

How are my plants shipped?

All plants are shipped by standard UPS or FedEx ground service. Visit our shipping policy page for more details.

What size are the plants when they are shipped?

All plants shipped are in 1, 2 or 3-gallon containers as listed on the product page. We guarantee that they will be fully rooted and matured into their pots.

When will my plants ship?

The majority of orders will be shipped the following business day, except orders placed on Thursday during times of extreme weather (hot or cold) that may be held over the weekend. Unpredictable weather conditions may delay orders. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number on the day that your
plants are shipped. 

How are my plants packaged?

The plants are bagged and cinched to prevent soil from spilling and then placed in secure shipping boxes. Read more about our shipping and packaging process.

How do I return a product?

Items may only be returned within 30 days after receiving your order, and prior authorization is required. Items must be returned in the original package. Find more information in our refund policy.
